Choose your products by entering the product into the basket. Then proceed to the order form and send the order. The order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address. You can track your order by giving the order reference number to the tracking code field.

The all inclusive delivery costs for Europe 15 Euros, outside Europe 25 Euros per delivery.

You can also use the Finnish payment transaction company Suomen Verkkomaksut for your credit card payments. Through this service you receive secured payments with your Visa and Mastercard credit cards.

The PayPal-service provides you payments through your own PayPal account or if no account exists, secured payments by VISA, Mastercard and American Express credit cards.

All Internet prices offered by Ferillo are final customer's prices in EUR. The VAT of 23% is included for the EC and Great Britain. The prices are packaging and postage included and exclusively apply to orders placed with www.ferillo.com.

The validity of the limited time offers is stated in correspondence with the particular product description. Despite of careful stockage, items may be sold out faster than actually expected. Consequently, the items are available according to stockage and we cannot warrant a binding delivery. As long as the bought item is available, prices are subject to ordering date.

In general, items are classified available as long as they are in stock.

Return Rights

As a consumer you are entitled to withdraw from buying the ordered items by writing within a period of 14 days (per mail, per e-mail or per fax). A statement of reasons is not obligatory.

You may also withdraw from the purchase of the ordered goods if they have been already delivered within in the above mentioned period by returning them back to sender (FERILLO).

The return period begins on the date of reception of this instruction in written form, but not before the delivery of goods to the recipient .Neither before the first partial shipment respectively, nor before fulfilment of our obligation to supply this information.

Return Conditions:

In case of an effective return the rendered services have to be mutually returned and in addition the possibly gained profits (interests) thereof.

The payment of a compensation may be effective if goods are merely returned partially, damaged or not returned at all. Except of those items, the impairment of which has been merely caused by checking the quality of the articles equivalent to customer's quality check of an article in a retail shop: In case of the latter, a compensation is not due.

Items which can be shipped in regular packages are to be shipped back to FERILLO at our risk.

You will have to bear the shipping costs in the following cases:

if the value of the delivered goods corresponds to the value of the goods you ordered.

• if the value of of the returned goods is less than 40 Euro.
• if the value of the ordered goods is at least 40 Euro, but you have failed the valuable consideration or not rendered a partial payment which had previously been stipulated and mutually agreed upon.
• The return of shipment is free of charge except in those above ariculated cases.

The entitlement to a compensation has to be declared within a period of 30 days. The beginning of this period is the submission date of your return or the date of our reception of the returned item.
